Online Use Only
Gift Cards purchased online at valleyeyewear.com.au can only be redeemed online at valleyeyewear.com.au. They cannot be used in physical retail locations, including the Valley Eyewear Australian Flagship Store in Burleigh Heads, or at any other stockists.
Delivery & Security
Your Gift Card will be delivered to the purchaser’s email address. From there, it can be forwarded or printed for gifting. Please keep the Gift Card email and unique code safe — if access is lost, the Gift Card cannot be reissued or recovered. Always ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
How Redemption Works
Gift Cards can be used across multiple orders only if the purchase total is less than the remaining balance on the card. If the order total exceeds the available balance, the full balance will be applied and the remaining amount can be paid via another method.
Terms & Details
All values are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) with no additional processing fees.
Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase/issue. Remaining balances are not redeemable for cash or refund.
Multiple Gift Cards can be purchased to create a custom amount. Each card is issued separately and can be redeemed together in one transaction or individually.
